HERE'S OUR STORY

We’re not trying to be some big, formal brand - we’re just people who’ve actually gone through the whole “moving abroad and figuring life out” phase ourselves. "Kreis" means circle in German, and we choose this name specifically because our story started just like yours - two students in a new country, learning everything the hard way and now coming back around to help others find their path with a little more ease. We know what it’s like to deal with confusing applications, cultural differences and all the random surprises that come with studying or working in a new country. That’s why we keep things real and don’t pretend the process is perfect or effortless. Because we’ve lived, studied, and worked across different countries, we get the small things that make a big difference, and we help you navigate them without the stress. Our support is personal, straightforward, and built around what you actually need, not some copy‑paste checklist. And we don’t disappear once you get an admission or job - we stick around to guide you through the stuff that comes after as well. At the end of the day, our goal is simple: make your journey abroad feel less overwhelming and always be there for you, whenever you need someone.

MAITHILI NAIK

I have been in Germany since 2023 but been away from home since way before that. I moved to the UK in 2017 to do my Master’s at Queen Mary University, wrapped it up in a year, and then jumped into the manufacturing world as an HR Business Partner. Since then, I’ve worked across India, Germany, Sweden and the UK, so dealing with different cultures has pretty much become part of my everyday life. Along the way, I’ve picked up a solid mix of languages too - I speak German, English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi and bit of Swedish.

PRATIK KULKARNI

I’m someone who packed my bags in 2016 and moved to Germany for my Master’s at Hochschule Coburg, figuring things out one step at a time. Two years later, degree in hand, I ended up in the automotive world as a Safety Manager - and since then, work has taken me through India, China, the UK and Germany, where I also met my lovely wife. Switching cultures, learning new systems, and adapting on the go basically became my normal. Along the way, I picked up a mix of languages too: German, English, Hindi, Marathi, and even a tiny bit of Mandarin. I’ve lived the whole “new country, new rules, new everything” experience, so now I use all of that to help students and professionals make their own move abroad without the chaos I went through. Together, my wife and I have turned every stone in this place and are ready to share our findings with you.”

Germany and many EU countries have become some of the most attractive destinations for students and professionals looking to build stable, future‑proof careers, especially in education and healthcare. With strong universities, affordable tuition, and globally respected degrees, the region offers a clear pathway for international students who want both quality education and real job prospects afterward. At the same time, Europe is facing a major shortage of skilled workers in healthcare, which has opened doors for nurses, caregivers, and medical professionals from abroad.

Countries like Germany actively support international talent through structured visa routes, qualification recognition processes, and long‑term residency options. The work culture is organized, salaries are competitive, and employee rights are taken seriously, making it a reliable environment for newcomers. For students, part‑time work opportunities and post‑study job options make the transition smoother. For healthcare professionals, the demand is high, the career growth is steady, and the need for multicultural teams is stronger than ever. Overall, the EU offers a blend of stability, opportunity, and long‑term security — exactly the kind of environment where international students and healthcare workers can thrive.
